Petitioners seek bail in Jaynagar P.S. Case No.430 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Name of the petitioners has been disclosed by co-accused Vikash Kumar in his confessional statement.

Petitioners are in custody since 06.08.2018.
