JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 300 ml country made liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and so far as recovery of firearms is concerned, the same has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same was found lying on the road.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S.Case No. 40 of 2016.
