Petitioner seeks bail in Chakiya P.S. Case No.101 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30, 50 (g), 57, 60 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 pending in the Court of the Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran.

It is alleged that 4500 litres foreign liquor was recovered from the truck. This petitioner was co-driver of the said truck along with one Raj Kumar.

In view of recovery of huge quantity of liqour, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66606 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 this stage.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
