Some un-known criminals snatched the motorcycle of the informant on 16.5.2018 and after five days of the aforesaid occurrence, petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle in routine checking of vehicle but admittedly petitioner was not put on TIP. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 22.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VIth
