The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of committing theft of a motorcycle. He is in jail since 29.04.2024. 4.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as the his period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57524 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Mahuawa Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
