The petitioner if apprehending his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per allegation the petitioner is appointed as Panchyati Teacher on the basis of fake certificate. It is further submitted that in pursuance of the said finding, the petitioner has already been dismissed from service and there is no likelihood that the petitioner will either draw any money or escape from future liability. Considering the nature of allegation and the petitioner is dismissed from service, let the petitioner, above named, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30307 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
