The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.2, namely, Hari Shankar Singh @ Hari Narayan Singh has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as above named petitioner no.2 is concerned.
In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioners and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9606 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 nature of dispute between the parties, let above named petitioners no. 1, 3 and 4, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
