2. Mr. Prabhakar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that substantial payment has been made to the petitioner under different heads, however, certain dues are still required to be paid. He further submits that the petitioner has been paid, but not on the date of retirement, therefore, he is also entitled for statutory interest in accordance with law as laid down by the Apex Court on account of delay in making payment till the date of actual payment. He submits that he will file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University and Munger University.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation with respect to any dues which are still required to be paid in accordance with the law before the Registrar of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University and Munger University. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by redressing the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of

M. Padmanabhan Nair reported in (1985) 1 SCC 429 and D.D. Tewari v. Uttar Haryana Bijli reported in (2014) 8 SCC 894.

4. Writ petition is disposed of with above observation and direction.
