2. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was allowed vide order dated 19.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4930 of 2025 by this Court. However, due to false statement about the antecedent of the petitioner, the bail bonds have not been accepted since Rampur P.S. Case No. 518 of 2023 was found pending against the petitioner and the Court below was directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner before accepting his bail bonds.

3. The petitioner has again moved this Court seeking bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 111, 109, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52644 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd, Sherghati, Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Amas P.S.
