JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 20-02-2019 We have perused the office note and not less than 12 defects were pointed out by the office as back as on 8.11.2017 and which also included a defect that second copy of the brief of the 2nd Member forming the Division Bench is not filed. Defects no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 are stated to have been removed but the remaining defects yet subsist. This itself shows the seriousness with which the petitioner is pursuing his cause. That two years period has not been found sufficient for removal of the defects as well taking note that for a similar default the writ petition has also been rejected for not removing

Patna High Court MJC No.1629 of 2017(3) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 the defects within the peremptory time given by the Court in the order dated 30.1.2017, we reject the restoration application as well.
