The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363 / 366(A) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 15.03.2021, coaccused Dharmendra Kumar is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant and petitioners alongwith others are alleged to have assisted co-accused Dharmendra Kumar in kidnapping of informant's daughter.

Petitioner no. 1 is elder brother of co-accused Dharmendra Kumar and petitioner no. 2 is wife of petitioner no.

1. There is general and omnibus allegation. Specific allegation of kidnapping is against co-accused Dharmendra Kumar and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62990 of 2021(2) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 petitioners are only alleged to have assisted him (Dharmendra Kumar) in the offence. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 192 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
