2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna as a party respondent in the present writ during the course of the day.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as prayed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Senior

Patna High Court CWJC No.12589 of 2025 dt.08-09-2025 2/3 Superintendent of Police, Patna. He further prays for a direction to be issued to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to decide the representation on merits after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. The prayer-cum-submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent State.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna within one month from today.

6. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to dispose of the same on merits after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within four months from the date of filing of the representation.

7. Needless to emphasis that the final order which shall be passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna should be a reasoned and speaking order

8. With the aforesaid observations, directions and liberty as granted, the present writ application is disposed off.
