The petitioner seeks bail in Murar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged in the written report that 1.260 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. There is no signature of petitioner or any of his family members on the seizure list.
Petitioner is in custody since 4.6.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49896 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge (Excise), Buxar, in connection with Murar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
