JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was refused bail by order dated 07.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18549 of 2020 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed supplementary affidavit on 06.04.2021 stating therein that the charge has been framed against the petitioner on 05.04.2021.

Case No. 13 of 2020.
