2. The prayer for the bail of the petitioner in connection with Mushrigharari P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 has earlier been rejected vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23357/2024 with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail one month after framing of charge.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed on 08.05.2024 and one month has already lapsed.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55528 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named by granted bail on on being satisfied by the Trial Court that the petitioner is not absconding in Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 478 of 2023 and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Mushrigharari P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
