Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act. Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor seized liquor was recovered from his conscious possession.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 22.8.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
