In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the informant, he was going to Muzaffarpur from Patliputra by down passenger train with his wife and when the train had just started from Sarai Railway Station, one accused person took the purse of his wife and got down from the running train, later on, the purse was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39401 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months of jail-custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
