Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant was working at the shop of the petitioner and when he went to demand his due wages, he was asked to repair the electric connection ultimately the informant climbed on the transformer when he received electric shock.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation it transpired that informant never worked at the shop of the petitioner and in fact he was making some repair work with regard to the electric connection of his uncle when he received electric shock. Moreover the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32146 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 petition to that effect before learned Court below. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
