The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No.2 of 2019 registered under Sections 376, 511 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 08.01.2019, the petitioner came near the informant and made attempt to commit rape on her. When the informant made protest, then he abused and caused assault to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, the informant has lodged the present case. Moreover, after settlement of the dispute, the informant has also filed a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49014 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 petition in the court of Sri A.K. Agnihotri, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Arwal, on 01.04.2019, seeking permission to compromise the case, which would appear from Annexure-2 to this application.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Agnihotri, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Arwal, in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No.02 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
