1. Though the present petition was initially filed for quashing the departmental proceeding, initiated against the petitioner, however, during the interregnum period, the order of punishment dated 18.11.2021, has been passed by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Siwan, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the same by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate
