1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is covered by the judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024 (Surya Deo Paswan v. The State of Bihar and others). Accordingly, he makes a prayer to dispose this writ application in terms of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the University as well as State jointly submit that this writ application is covered
Patna High Court CWJC No.12334 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 by the aforesaid judgment and can be disposed in identical terms.
