The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury with knife to the informant. One incised injury has been found bone deep on the right upper thigh of the informant. With regard to nature of injury opinion has been reserved.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no accusation of repeating blow and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35014 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
