The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that three persons are travelling on a motorcycle. One of them broke the mirror of the motorcycle of the informant. On chased two persons namely Vikash Tiwary and Chandan Kumar were apprehended, who disclosed the name of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner escaped from the scene. It is further submitted that on suspicion accusation has been levelled and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah District- West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
