2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased went on motorcycle and his dead body was found next day. During investigation, it has come that petitioner was in a relationship with the co-accused Rahul Kumar @ Pradeep and co-accused confessed that he has killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar @ Pradeep. The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody and that deceased was father-in-law of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, subject to the condition that she will cooperate in the trial either by personally in the trial court on each and every date fixed for hearing.
