JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant being ASHO of Jamo Bazar police station that on 31.03.2015 at 05:20 pm the informant along with other police officials, on the direction of SHO, reached at the house of Shailesh Shukla where he found 6-7 persons including the petitioner abusing Shailesh Shukla and others when the informant interfered, the accused persons assaulted the informant and others and escaped from the scene. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Shailesh Shukla also lodged Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.25 of 2015 wherein the petitioner has been granted bail. The accusation is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32785 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 omnibus and general and except the two cases, the petitioner is not accused in any other case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S.
