Petitioner seeks bail in Pirpainti (Bhakharpur) P.S. Case No.41/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is father of the deceased who has stated in his written complaint that marriage of his daughter was solemnized with Chandan Mandal, son of the petitioner in the year 2016 and on 14.02.2017, he was informed that family members including the petitioner has killed her daughter by strangulation.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the family members. Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68798 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Bhagalpur, District, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti (Bhakharpur) P.S. Case No.41/2017, with following conditions:-

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
