Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 704 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged committing murder of Jitendra Kumar by Mohan Manjhi.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is not named in FIR. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Mohan Manjhi who is on enimical terms with petitioner and except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner.
