48 bottles foreign wine of Indian origin each containing 180 ml was seized from a field lying behind the house of the petitioner. Furthermore, it has also been alleged that petitioner succeeded in his escape though is under custody since 17.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. As such, petitioner Chandra Kishore Mukhiya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-2nd, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S. case no. 21 of 2016.
