The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.07.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.43777 of 2019.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in Cr.Misc.No.43777 of 2019, two typographical error occurred due to mistake of learned counsel for the petitioner. Firstly in the cause title the father's name has wrongly been typed as 'Mohan Prasad @ Mahao Prasad Barnwal', whereas it should have been 'Mohan Prasad @ Mohan Prasad Barnwal' and secondly in the prayer portion the satisfaction of the court has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47702 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 wrongly been typed as 'Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai', whereas it should have been 'Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui'.

Let in the order dated 16.07.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.43777 of 2019, in the cause title the father's name be read as 'Mohan Prasad @ Mohan Prasad Barnwal' in place of 'Mohan Prasad @ Mahao Prasad Barnwal' and in the prayer portion the satisfaction of the court be read as 'Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui' in place of 'Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai'.

The order dated 16.07.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 43777 of 2019, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
