Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Sarvan Yadav and these petitioners are only alleged to have instigated for assault.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners have got no
