The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 568 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1326-C of 2017 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has typed the document used in the instant case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the beneficiaries of the transaction have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and for that purpose he placed reliance on Annexure-2 series.

Case No. 568 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1326-C of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
