JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.09.2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Saharsa in Sessions Trial No.220 of 2012 by which the learned court has rejected the petition for discharge filed by the petitioner.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls.
3. A perusal of the impugned order dated 24.09.2012 discloses that the learned court below has considered the mater in extenso with due application of mind and the materials on record such as case diary and the post mortem report. The learned court below has observed that there is sufficient material to proceed against the accused persons.
4. In the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The petition stands dismissed.
