The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No. 80 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Considering the allegation made in the FIR that it was the petitioner, who assaulted with garasa on the head of the informant, who subsequently died in course of treatment, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
