2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's case for

Patna High Court CWJC No.13830 of 2022 dt.29-07-2025 2/2 promotion from the post of Superintending Electrical Engineer to Chief Electrical Engineer, along with all consequential benefits arising therefrom.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that from the entire writ petition it transpires that the petitioner has never filed any representation.

4. In the aforesaid background, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before respondent No. 10, namely, the Managing Director, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, along with a copy of this order, within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the representation, the Managing Director, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, is directed to take a decision on the said representation within 90 days from the date of its filing, with a reasoned and speaking order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
