Petitioner seeks bail in Korha P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 112.30 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from Maruti Alto Car. The driver of the aforesaid car, namely, Chitranjan Kumar Singh, disclosed name of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
