====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-06-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 354B, 377 of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2017.

The report of the trial Judge would reveal that most of the witnesses of occurrence have already been examined. In the past, prayer for bail has already been refused on merit vide order at Annexure-1.

Considering the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, prayer for bail is refused in connection with Special Case No. 183 of 2017 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 796 of 2017 pending in the court of
