JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and the case has been registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code but the ferdbeyan of the informant does not disclose about demand of dowry. Moreover, informant has himself admitted that he got information about suicide of his daughter.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33548 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015.
