Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol and one cartridge are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 4.6.2016. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and, as a matter of fact, when the petitioner got bail in Tharthari P.S. Case no. 118/2015, petitioner was picked up by the police from his house and implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, Judicial
