2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Presently, the informant is residing with the petitioner.
4. Though the notice has been served upon the informant Juhi Kumari, but there is no representation on her behalf.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named in the event of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56048 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 his arrest or surrender be released on provisional bail only for six months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2020.
6. The learned court below shall take steps for conciliation between the parties. If it comes to the notice to the learned court below that the petitioner is adamant in restoring the nuptial relations, his bail bond shall not be confirmed and if the informant herself is apathetic to restoration of the matrimonial relation, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed.
