Ten bottles of Royal XXX Rum each containing 750 ml, three bottles of Brandi each containing 750 ml and three bottles of bhiski each containing one liter were seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 18.09.2016. As per para 3 of the bail petition, it is apparent that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.
