The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with mahila P.S.Cae No.50 of 2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16,1 7, 18, 21, 22 of the Domestic Violence Act and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Earlier the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 23.12.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38213 of 2013 on condition of payment of some amount to the informant, however, as he failed to deposit the same as such his bail bond was cancelled and the petitioner is in custody since 9.9.2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Darbhagna in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.50 of 2013. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
