2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 12869 of 2022 which stood dismissed for non compliance of order dated 28.11.2022.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 4 & 5, the MJC No. 2208 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
