The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Later on section 302 IPC was added.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with ten FIR named accused persons assaulted younger son of the informant by means of lathi, iron rod and bricks as a result of which, he sustained multiple injuries and died during course of treatment.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021.
