The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 196 of 2013/147 of 2013 arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2012 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier refused on merit on 09.03.2016 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6683 of 2016 with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months by taking all effective efforts. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, petitioner will be at liberty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48318 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits at bar that, till today, the case is pending for evidence of Investigating Officer and Medical Officer. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada (Trial Court) in connection with S. Tr. No. 196 of 2013/147 of 2013 arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2012. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
