JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 This application is filed for modification of order dated 23.04.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47551 of 2014, by which above petitioners have been allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Town (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 726 of 2014 pending in the Court of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to illness of their mother petitioners could not file bail bond in time.

In view of the above submission, let the time to surrender of the above petitioners passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47551 of 2014 on 23.04.2015 in the Court of C.J.M. Muzaffarpur in connection with Town (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No.726 of 2014, be further extended by four weeks from today. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
