The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 211 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-498(A), 307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section-4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of torture against this petitioner and that he is facing prosecution along with his family members. On perusal of complaint petition it appears that the name of the petitioner has been brought only because he was member of the family of the husband of the girl, in question. In view of the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33222 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 named above in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection Complaint Case No. 211 of 2014.
