In this case, the petitioner had approached this Court in CWJC No. 5507 of 2014 and this Court, vide order dated 18.2.2015, had directed to dispose of the matter by reasoned order. A show-cause has been filed in which an order dated 20.7.2015 has been attached showing the claim of the petitioner for mutation has been rejected.

This Court is not inclined to proceed with the matter. If the petitioner so advised may approach to any legal court, forum or any authority.
