JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and, allegedly, he was caught along with co-accused Ravindra Sahani, Naresh Ram and Ajay Kumar but according to the prosecution case itself, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of near about four cases but having similar allegation, co-accused Ajay Kumar alias Ajay Rai and others have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
