The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No.389 of 2021 instituted under Sections 363, 365, 372, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution story, allegation is that the named accused persons including the petitioner herein were engaged in human trafficking and in the process allegation is that informant's daughter namely Chanda Kumari and niece Bibha Kumari both minor were missing and the locals saw them boarding bus along with the accused persons including the petitioner herein.

Taking into account the kind of allegation that has

If the petitioner surrenders before the concerned court within four weeks from today, and files the bail application, the court shall take up the matter and dispose of it of expeditiously without being prejudiced by any of the observation made above.
