Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 53/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that petitioner No. 2 (Ankush Kumar) and petitioner No. 4 (Khushbu Devi) are son and daughter of the petitioner No. 1 and they have no direct role in the death of the deceased, their anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.9222 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 2 (Ankush Kumar) and petitioner No. 4 (Khushbu Devi) be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Neema Chadpura P.S. Case No. 53/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

So far as petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 3 are concerned, they are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the allegations levelled against petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 3, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected.
